I support the Pope!

It is about time someone of the stature of His Holiness the Pope stood up and told the truth!

This is what he has done, or more correctly he has quoted the Eastern Roman Emperor, here are some quotes from this inflammatory speach!

"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached". The emperor, after having expressed himself so forcefully, goes on to explain in detail the reasons why spreading the faith through violence is something unreasonable. Violence is incompatible with the nature of God and the nature of the soul. "God", he says, "is not pleased by blood - and not acting reasonably is contrary to God's nature. Faith is born of the soul, not the body. Whoever would lead someone to faith needs the ability to speak well and to reason properly, without violence and threats... To convince a reasonable soul, one does not need a strong arm, or weapons of any kind, or any other means of threatening a person with death...".

Well, this is sooooooooooooo insulting, this sort of thing is unacceptable! Criticising violence or quoting historical records is WRONG!

The decisive statement in this argument against violent conversion is this: not to act in accordance with reason is contrary to God's nature. The editor [of the text where this debate appears], Theodore Khoury, observes: For the emperor, as a Byzantine shaped by Greek philosophy, this statement is self-evident. But for Muslim teaching, God is absolutely transcendent. His will is not bound up with any of our categories, even that of rationality. Here Khoury quotes a work of the noted French Islamist R. Arnaldez, who points out that Ibn Hazn went so far as to state that God is not bound even by his own word, and that nothing would oblige him to reveal the truth to us. Were it God's will, we would even have to practice idolatry.

Muslims see insult in every word spoken, they see disrespect in every act, this is what one gets from a religion that is not only intrinsically evil, bit one that is also riddled with holes, one that is false.

The image above shows you the reaction of Muslims when they are told that their religion has been insulted, I can guarantee that none of them have actually read the Pope's words, they are ignorant, they have been once again whipped into a frenzy.

Islam can not afford to discuss honestly with others their own religion, they can't even talk among themselves about their religion, never mind others!

This is a sick, twisted religion of Satan, pitty the hate filled idiots above!

Good God you talk with a lot of hate Free Man.

One or two things you say are accurate, there IS a lot of violence brought about through absolute views on the world, but you haven't seen yet that you talk with the same lack of understanding of your belief system, and the same hate in your words as they carry.

If you want to make a point about how uncivilised a group of other people are, distinguish yourself by being kind, honourable and follow in the ways of your messiah.

You are right to say that my words are filled with hate, they are, I hate Islam. I hate socialism and the destruction it has wrought upon the West especially.
Yes I hate these things, I fail to see what is so wrong with that?

You, sir, are the ignorant one. You don't know a damn thing about the beautiful religion of islam. The audacity you have is unbelievable to me. Delete this comment if you want, but when you are burning in the depths of hell, you will really know the truth.

Muslims spreading religion through violence? I've never heard of a converted muslim person who was converted through violence. They converted because they know it's the righteous religion. Islam is critized by people like you who watch t.v. and see radical terrorist groups, but you probably have not met real muslim people.

Take care,
Shane
