Notice to passengers: Life will become more difficult!

A friend of mine has just returned from Heathrow and has told me it is chaos there, knowing Heathrow, it is bad at the best of times, so I can only immagine how bad it is!

He very thoughtfully gave me the leaflett he received at Heathrow today, I hate terrorists, I always take only hand luggage to avoid having to wait hours waiting to get my things, they just make everything more difficult! Bastards!
