Well, let's check this point:
What's a guerrilla? A brave soldiers force? Warriors with no fear to face their enemy in open battlefield? Honest civilians' protectors?
NO for all above.
Everything knows the Islamanazists in guerrillas are all cowards, despicable gangsters, hidden on crowds among civilians, with NO courage to combat as true fighters, but only shooting on people's back and running away, avoiding the confrontation with the armed enemy.
Just like any ordinary criminals. Repugnants.
When they see TRUE warriors, that rotten rats run away with their tails between their legs.
So, "Hezbollah is the best guerrilla force in the world" means "They get the best results" (political, strategic, whatever it means for them; and the worst results for Lebanese people).
